TRANSPARENCY NOTICE • TESTING PHASE

Privacy Policy & Research Disclosure

Analyz is a specialized physical kinematics and Action Quality Assessment (AQA) research initiative developed by Gygs Labs. We believe in clear, uncompromised honesty regarding data: we do not store video recordings, our processing is strictly ephemeral in-memory, and our models are currently calibrated using audition submissions from gygs.in.

Effective Date: November 1, 2026 • Document Version 1.2
Zero Video Storage
Uploaded videos are processed entirely in ephemeral volatile memory. Once 33-point coordinates and audio beats are extracted, the video file is permanently erased.
Research & Testing Phase
Analyz is in an active validation phase. Ground-truth calibration relies on audition videos from the gygs.in casting platform to benchmark real commercial performance standards.
No Data Reselling
We never sell, rent, monetize, or license artist likenesses, video recordings, or personal data to ad networks, data brokers, or external AI model aggregators.
01 / DATA RETENTION & EPHEMERALITY

How Video Is Handled: Strictly Ephemeral In-Memory Pipeline

When a video is submitted to the Analyz API or web movement tester, it enters a temporary, stateless inference worker. The processing lifecycle consists of four strict steps:

  1. Ephemeral Ingestion: The video stream is read into a temporary in-memory buffer.
  2. Geometric Decoupling: Computer vision and signal processing routines extract 33 spatial body joint coordinates (x, y, z), 52 facial blendshapes, and audio onset beats (using Librosa FFT).
  3. Immediate File Purge: The raw MP4/MOV video and audio bytes are immediately deleted from memory and any temporary worker disk storage. We do not archive video streams in AWS S3, Google Cloud Storage, or any persistent media store.
  4. Kinematic Scoring: Only the non-reversible numerical vector (e.g., median beat offset in milliseconds, limb angles, bilateral symmetry) is passed to the scoring regression model.

Because raw frames are discarded during the inference window, it is impossible for Gygs Labs or any unauthorized actor to reconstruct or playback uploaded user videos after scoring is finalized.

02 / RESEARCH & TESTING CONTEXT

Testing Phase Disclosure: Audition Data from gygs.in

Analyz is currently in an experimental beta and research testing phase. To solve the persistent issues of multimodal LLMs (which hallucinate, cost orders of magnitude more, and drop 29 of 30 frames), we require real-world movement calibration.

Our initial benchmark datasets, population percentiles, and quality models are calibrated using audition videos submitted by performers on gygs.in (a casting platform for commercial dance, theater, and entertainment gygs).

Ethical Guardrails in Testing:
  • Audition videos are used exclusively to calculate physical movement metrics (e.g., what constitutes tight rhythmic alignment or balance).
  • No audition videos are publicly streamed, repurposed for promotional ads, or transferred to third parties.
  • Algorithmic evaluations serve to assist human casting directors in surfacing talent, never as an unmonitored automated rejection mechanism.
03 / TELEMETRY & LOGGING

What Telemetry Is Kept

We collect only minimal system and kinematic telemetry needed to verify algorithm health, monitor inference latency, and maintain service stability:

  • Kinematic Telemetry: Aggregated floating-point numbers representing median beat offset (ms), peak extension angle (degrees), bilateral asymmetry (degrees), torso stability variance, and dynamic facial blendshape variance.
  • Diagnostic Metrics: Inference execution time (ms), video duration (seconds), extracted frame count, and API HTTP status codes.
  • Network Security: Standard server access logs (IP addresses for rate limiting and DDoS prevention), retained for no longer than 30 days before automated rotation.

We do not collect government identification, biometric facial recognition profiles for surveillance, or personal financial details on Analyz.

04 / THIRD PARTIES & ADVERTISING

Third-Party Disclosures & Data Isolation

Gygs Labs operates with strict commercial isolation:

  • We do not sell user data to advertising networks, tracking networks, or commercial data brokers.
  • We do not provide user videos or kinematic coordinates to external foundational model creators for generic pre-training.
  • All cloud workers and compute clusters run on secured cloud infrastructure with TLS 1.3 encryption in transit.

Inquiries, Exclusions & Data Requests

Performers and artists whose audition submissions on gygs.in were evaluated for benchmark validation retain the right to query or request the exclusion of their anonymized telemetry from our research calibration.

If you have questions about our zero-storage posture, research methodologies, or wish to submit an exclusion request, please contact our team directly:
