Terms of Service & Research Beta Agreement

By using Analyz (whether through our web preview, REST API, or integration within gygs.in audition workflows), you enter into a binding agreement with Gygs Labs ("we", "us", or "our").

If you are testing Analyz on behalf of a dance academy, casting agency, production company, or studio, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Gygs Labs operates under a strict zero-media retention policy for the Analyz inference engine:

• No Video Storage: Uploaded video files (MP4, MOV) are ingested into volatile memory, decoded into skeletal landmark coordinates (33 joints) and audio onset spectrograms, and immediately deleted. We do not store, archive, or duplicate raw videos.
• No Biometric Surveillance: Analyz does not perform facial recognition, iris scanning, or identity profiling. 52 facial blendshape coefficients are measured strictly to gauge performance expression range, not to identify people.
• No Ownership Claim: Gygs Labs claims no ownership over your choreography, likeness, or movement style. You retain all rights in your creative work.

Analyz is in an active testing and validation phase. To construct realistic benchmarks for commercial performance standards:

• Our Level 1 scoring curves and percentile matrices are calibrated against commercial dance audition submissions from gygs.in.
• These audition videos provide reference distributions for physical metrics including median beat synchronization offset (ms), peak limb extension angles (degrees), bilateral symmetry, and torso balance stability.
• Calibrations are updated iteratively as more diverse dance genres and audition categories are evaluated.

Analyz provides objective mechanical measurements of human physical execution. However:

• Casting Decisions Are Human: Analyz is designed as a pre-screening and triage assistant. Hiring, casting, and booking decisions on gygs.in remain at the sole discretion of casting directors, production houses, and directors.
• Artistic Subjectivity: Dance is an expressive art form. While Analyz accurately measures beat adherence and geometric symmetry, it cannot quantify narrative passion, character charisma, or artistic intention. A high or low score does not guarantee or preclude booking success.
• No Guarantee of Outcomes: Gygs Labs makes no warranty that obtaining a high Analyz score will result in commercial gig offers or employment.

When using Analyz, you agree not to:

• Upload videos containing non-consensual imagery, hate speech, or non-movement content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying model weights, feature matrices, or API schemas through unauthorized scraping.
• Submit intentionally corrupt or malicious video files intended to crash or destabilize our computer vision workers.
• Misrepresent Analyz scores as certified medical, kinematic health, or orthopedic diagnoses.

The Analyz name, branding, kinematic pipeline architecture, Action Quality Assessment formulas, and software implementations are the intellectual property of Gygs Labs.

Disclaimer of Warranties: The service is provided "as is" and "as available" during its beta testing phase, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Gygs Labs and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Analyz platform or API.

As Analyz advances through testing milestones and expands model capabilities, we may update these terms. Any revisions will be reflected with a revised effective date on this page.
